Vince And Jason
In theFriends season 3 episode "The One With Ross's Thing," Phoebe simultaneously dates fireman Vince (Matt Battaglia) and kindergarten teacher Jason (Robert Gant).
She is torn between the two of them and initially decides to go for Jason, but when she tells Vince this decision, he bursts into tears and writes in his journal. Over the course of 10 seasons, viewers got to know the main group from Friends quite well, but a lot of things happened and many truths were dropped in 10 years, so it’s easy to forget some.
Created by David Crane and Marta Kauffman, Friends followed a group of young adults (Phoebe, Monica, Rachel, Joey, Chandler, Ross) living in New York City and navigating through life as best as they could.

After Rachel and Ross get way too drunk in Las Vegas and get married, they decide to get an annulment, and Phoebe says that it’s not a real marriage because “if you get married in Vegas, you’re only married in Vegas”.
Meanwhile, Chandler is also trying to break up with his girlfriend Janice (Maggie Wheeler), and he and Phoebe both agree to break things off with their respective partners. It's a tiny bump. Here's every guy Phoebe dated in Friends.
Tony
The first of Phoebe's boyfriends to make an appearance is Tony, played by an uncredited actor in the Friends season 1 episode "The One With The East German Laundry Detergent." Though Tony is a sweet person, Phoebe doesn't find their relationship fun anymore, possibly due to the hunger strike Tony is taking part in.

They dated but could only see each other for three days every couple of years while Ryan was on military leave. She accepts and hits it off with Mischa, leaving Phoebe and Sergei unable to communicate with each other.
Jason leaves after Phoebe reveals that she slept with Vince, unable to handle this information. I thought that was it.
